This is transition time. Transition time for ALL, no matter how global is sound, we all transitioning thought something right now.
Layed off from a job, changing business strategy, delay attendance, missing connection, emotional void, postponed achievements, redefining goals, searching for new ways of income, grief, adaptation, adjustment, and distractions in life? You not alone in it. We are often quite uncomfortable with change, for all sorts of understandable reasons. This can lead us to resist it and oppose it. It's important to understand how we feel when change happens so that you can guide yourself through it. When circumstances adjusting our plans, we are losing control over current life situation, our daily routine system collapse, we can’t track the progress we made, as a result, we experience a roller coaster of feelings from failure and uncertainty to discouragement, anxiety, and depression. We experience this barrier or a fence, in other words, obstacle, where we can’t clearly see what to do and not quite sure what to focus on right now?
But life goes on and demand is rising on being a good parent, spouse, employee, friend, the pressure to deliver results and move on by society expectation putting weight and makes it impossible.
And that’s how we get stuck. We start to believe it impossible to stay on track and stay consistent. Most people say “I’ve tried, nothing is working” or “Not helping me, something is wrong with me”. And this is how limited belief got created. We get so much information where we loose priority and organization.
But we often overlook the meaning of transition and condition, what is the difference between change vs transition? Because what we think that’s how we feel, the way we interpret things that’ is how we view them and react to them.
Let’s try. Without reading further, how would you describe in 3 examples

Very important to say that there is a big difference between// CHANGE VS TRANSITION//
Change is something that happens to people, whenever something stop or starts, even if they don't agree with it. Usually it an external event.
Transition, on the other hand, is internal: it's what happens in people's minds as they go through change; adapting to a new role, learning to live on your own if transition out of the relationship.
Change can happen very quickly; starting or losing a job, moving to a new location - while transition usually occurs more slowly.
Knowing this let’s talk about a condition that within us, something we can control and to adopt - transition.

Without changes, our life courses would be very dull indeed. You may not be seeking change, but when it seeks you, take heart in the fact that no one’s life ever stands completely still. People enter your world and leave it, material possessions come and go, and careers invariably involve turning points. No one ever gets through life without undergoing some type of change, so when it happens, don’t fight it.
Each transition starts with an ending and ends with a new beginning.
