Yana is currently based in the U.S. and works with clients around the world.
I believe life and business grow when you are clear on your vision, understand your priorities, and focus on essentials.
And listen – where you at right now in life has nothing to do with where you heading because your past doesn’t define your future!
Yana’s Story
“Life transitions aren’t easy. They take time, effort, and a willingness to grow through uncertainty.
“I’ve been through several major personal and professional transitions – times when I had no idea what my future would look like. I arrived in the U.S. with only a suitcase, a backpack of essentials, and my skills. I had a one-way ticket and no clear plan. I started over multiple times, building my life and career from scratch.
“I was scared. Especially while still carrying old beliefs, fears, and unresolved traumas. I worried that if I prioritized my well-being or created boundaries, I’d fall behind. I was afraid that seeking work-life balance would hurt my career, make me seem less ambitious, or jeopardize my financial security.”
Where I Come From
“I was born during Soviet times, through several economic and world transitional times, in an industrial city, into a low-income family.
“We didn’t have much, but we had respect for what we did have, and that gave me a foundation for resilience. As kids, we spent most of our time outside without much supervision. That’s when I began to read people, understand their motivations, and trust my instincts. I called it being ‘street smart.’
“At 17, I faced a major decision: pursue a career as a professional dancer or follow my growing curiosity about human behavior and become a psychologist. I chose psychology because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, their inner world, and my own.”

Yana’s Minimalist Method
Yana takes a minimalist approach to coaching, inspired by her extensive travel to over 30 countries. Her experiences taught her what truly matters, not just across cultures, but in human nature itself.
“Minimalism isn’t about having less. It’s about clearing out the noise – so you can focus on what actually brings you meaning and joy.”
Her method challenges the overwork, overachievement mindset that so many high performers carry. Instead of pushing you to do more, she helps you identify what matters most—and let the rest go. Whether it’s relationships, daily routines, goals, or mindset, Yana helps clients let go of what no longer serves them to make space for clarity, fulfillment, and intentional growth.
What Makes Yana Different
What sets Yana’s style of personal development coaching apart is her whole-person approach; not just thoughts or behaviors, but also emotions, body, and energy. She doesn’t just address surface-level habits or thought patterns. She works at the root, where mental blocks, burnout, and self-sabotage really begin.
Yana’s holistic and emotional mindset approach creates a life-changing transformation that lasts. Both her life and her clients’ lives are never the same after doing this work.
Her strength lies in her ability to blend Western, science-backed psychological practices with deep inner transformation, guiding clients through both headspace and heart space.
After years of studying, testing, and living through a wide range of coaching methodologies herself, she pivoted into her own unique approach: Personal Development and Emotional Clarity Coaching.
While others promote a “hustle harder” mentality, Yana teaches that clarity, not urgency, is what leads to meaningful, sustainable success.
“I created this method to save you hundreds of hours of procrastination and thousands of dollars spent on trial-and-error. Together, we clear years of emotional weight and mental noise so you can move forward with clarity and momentum.”
Yana believes that you are not your limiting beliefs or your cluttered mind. And once you get clear, everything changes.
“More than anything, I want people to know: once you’re honest and clear with yourself, your life improves fundamentally, across every area. You’ll feel confident, in control, and aligned. You’ll stop proving and start receiving – feeling fulfilled, grounded, and truly accomplished.”
