How often do you celebrate your Self-Freedom?
Do you congratulate yourself on accomplishments, fireworks of your progress, or cheers to letting go of thoughts that kept you captive for a long time?
It going to be a great weekend with family and friends to celebrate not only memories of freedom, but cherish and create time together.
What does "Free," tell you? The first thought that comes to your mind of a "Freedom". Not to be free from… But how is it feel to be free?
The meaning of freedom for any of us could mean different. It not only independence but self-rule, determination, individualism, release.
Because We most often link our own self freedom from something, free from debt, free from fear, free from a toxic relationship, free from pressure and expectations to be this way or that way, free financially. It pretty much tells us what we don't want. Am I right? If we tell ourselves I want to be free financially. We often not considering what is it mean, how is the journey looks like to be financially free or unclear transition thought life, what is it entitled, how is it feel - and this is exactly what we need to know.
Instead, we repeat the mantra of wanting freedom from something but don't have actions or results in place and it eventually turns in our belief that we financially Not Free- as a result of this belief we feel overwhelmed, confused, wasting time, lacking focus which = no money in the pocket, no perspective, and energy to transition smoothly through a rough time.
When the desire to be free from something has no plan in place on how to be "free" – which creates the feeling that it is impossible.
· Change the language and energy change when you say free to something. I am free to open to new opportunities, free to have money, free to another healthy relationship. How is it sound?
Having support group, resources and education for yourself, accountability partners, professional coaching, desire make shifts in our mind make us not only know but believe " I' AM POSSIBLE " I have everything within my reach to move forward, to embrace the change, to be FREE TO make a choice, FREE TO achieve my goals, you will find freedom and become FREE TO BE ALL YOU CAN BE AND FREE TO DO ALL YOU WANT TO DO.
